I spent the afternoon today at my sister's house. My cousin Tracy came over too, and brought me a huge box of sewing goodies!!! So many zippers that I don't know that I'll EVER have to buy another one! Buttons, snaps, hooks, thread, pins, Velcro (Heather is pretty sure it is form when Velcro first came out!)among other wonderful things! And, to my delight, a SEWING HAM!!! WITH A STAND!!! I've wanted one of those since Mrs. Mac Donald's Home Ec class in 7th grade. Oh, the wonders of a sewing ham! I will have to take some pictures and post them!

What is a sewing Ham?
It is used to press curves in clothes. I guess it might be more accurately called a pressing ham? It actually looks like a ham, made out of cloth. Very cool!
